Raven's Ridge - Part II

Raven's Ridge is now posted complete on Fictionpress.com so please read and review for me. I know this story was a bit darker than my others but I suppose I wanted to show that a person can find love, or that person they need, anywhere - the least likely of places. I hope everyone is having a good Friday. Oh. And I know someone asked. The actor for Joe is Charlie Hofheimer - one of my favorite unknown actors - and Nora is Hilary Duff. I may not particularly like her but I think she is beautiful and the perfect Nora in my head.

Whooooo ! I loved it, even though at the end I was hopping for a sequel, they are extremely "attachants" as we say in french, I mean I almost had tears in my eyes at the end ^^ I wondered what's gonna happen for them, it's very different from your others stories but in a good way, more dramatic line I guess .
Great f*** job lol

I almost cried when I read Part II. It was so sad. I wanted to hug both of them. I loved the ending too, when she finally spoke. People might be very picky when they read this and comment though. In the beginning of chapter 2, it was her 18th birthday. But when Joe was telling her how hopeless his life was, he said that she was only sixteen. I personally can care less for this little slip up, but others might be mean and try to complain. Ignore them please! haha.
I loved this story. I'm almost sad that Raven's Ridge didn't have more chapters to it. It was different than all of your others. Like you said, it proves that you can find love in any situation, even in a mental hospital!
So basically, it was wonderful. I can't wait for updates on your other stories as well!
Have a great day, and Happy Friday!

Hi Michelle. Actually, it wasn't Nora's birthday. It was her 18th DAY at Raven's Ridge. I think you just read it over too quickly. Thank you so much for reading and reviewing.

Hey Kate, great job and I love how you written the story. Great job. Will there be a sequal?

Dark and different, but I liked it.

That really touched me, that story. Would have loved to read more, but I think it worked well as a two parter.

Also, I realized where I've seen that actor, after many hours of trying to avoid imdb, and figure it out on my own :P

Hi Kate. I loved this story. It was so different from any others I've read whether by you or someone else. Good different. I would love to read more about Nora and Joe if you ever get the urge to catch up with them. Great story Kate.
