Swing Life Away

Fictionpress is going through some technical glitches at the moment but inspiration has struck me nonetheless and I am almost finished with chapter three of Soldier Boy. I hope I can post it soon. I already am in love with writing Simon, Lily and Marcus. I hope to develop them further into great characters and I hope the website is fixed soon so everyone can read the new chapter.

In the meantime, Rise Against is one of my favorite bands and Swing Life Away is one of my favorite songs. Whenever I listen to it, I immediately think of my stories and the couples I have created over the years. If you are curious, I am posting the song below so you can listen to it if it interests you. I hope everyone has had a good Monday. I am in an excellent mood today and I hope this streak of inspiration continues with the stories I have going at the moment.

Hey Kate! I'm sorry about not being able to comment on any of your stories. I actually meant to send you a loooong e-mail on a couple of your recent stories but I couldn't find your e-mail address from the last time I sent you one and you don't have it on your blog anymore. I know it was a Yahoo account, but I can't remember your ID or "name".

We've had so many changes and business at work that there was a week (or a couple of weeks) where I completely forgot to check your blog for updates! It really boggles my mind, but it happened.

Anyway, I hope you're doing well and I'm glad you still have some inspiration to write. :-)

I absolutely love where you're going with "Soldier Boy" as well as "When Night is Almost Done". I always like it when authors go out and try something new with their writing.

Anyway, just thought I would stop by and say I'm still here and still enjoy your stories even if I'm not able to comment! :-)

Hi Kate, I'm really excited to read more of Soldier Boy. I'm glad you're in a good mood and have inspiration. I really like that song you posted, it reminds me of Poppy and Justin or Brady and Ali.

Oh, I was reading your one-shot Bus Stop on Fictionpress and I loved it. I thought I should let you know here as I can't review over there.

Enjoy your Tuesday!

Oh my goodness, what a relief to know it's only fictionpress!! I thought for a second you just decided to note update for awhile, which caused me misery! Haha, okay that's overexaggerating, you but get the gist!! I hope it's back and running! I can't wait to see what you have for us for Soldier Boy!!

Hey Kate!
I found some songs that remind me of your work. Some I think are perfect, others are just a love song that is cute.

Beautiful Girls- "Periscopes" and "Let's Take the Long Way Home"
Carbon Leaf- "Life Less Ordinary"
Daughtry- "There and Back Again"
Imogen Heap- "Clear the Area"
The Killers- "Everything Will Be Alright"
Muse- "Starlight"
New Atlantic- "Wire and Stone"
Tremolo- "Can You Feel It Now?"
Dispatch- "Two Coins" (APOP?)

I hope you like them!

Hi, Merely returned here to advise you about Mobile Monopoly. This is a superb system and WILL make you money, especially seeing as you own a website. Take a quick look at the video, the system is about using Mobile Advertising which is brand new and an unexposed market where you can make thousands by doing hardly any work. I promise you that after you watch their short video it will change you and it will start making you think. http://mobile-mastermind.com
