Better than Anything

I have written a new one-shot and posted it on Fictionpress.com. Better than Anything is an exercise to try and help me get past my writer's block. I know that this isn't the best thing I have ever written but I hope that it isn't complete crap. I love writing these one-shots that aren't always "fluffy". I try to create characters with flaws trying to overcome their demons and I hope that this one-shot succeeded in at least that. Please read and review for me and below are pictures of Antonia and Max from the story. Also, on my profile, two more pictures of the characters are posted as well. Thank you and Happy Friday everyone.

Hey Kate, sorry that I haven't reviewed anything lately but I have been busy with life.

Anyways, The Flower Girl was amazing, it added a new and interesting twist to the story and I am really looking forward to reading the sixth installment.

Better than Anything was ( to me ) about having hope when all seemed lost. It was a good one-shot and sometimes it's good to read a quick simple story.

I can't wait to see what you have in store for your next update.

You have really been coming up with some different ideas. I aoppreciate that. This was a wonderful story because it explores something so different than the norm. and it was well written to boot. I just want to wrap Antonia up in my arms ad tell her it will be ok.. Great Job. I'm really looking forward to the next installment of The Prize.

Yay! You put it back up again!

I noticed that you kind of cleaned up your blog too. Are you still using the Helter Skelter account?

Anyway, I really enjoyed reading this story. Compared to your other work, the writing is okay, but I absolutely love how you always build your characters so the audience is able to get to know them.

I don't believe there is a single story that I haven't liked of yours and I hope you keep on writing.

Every author has writer's block, and although we'd love for you to finish your current stories, I hope that you get a chance to relax and just write. :-)

Hey Kate!

Guess what? Today I'm listening to Nine Inch Nails and I want to dedicate the song "Discipline" to you.
