Tyson and Amy

Thank you to reader, Kima, who found pictures of Tyson and Amy from The Prize for me. They are such a good-looking couple. She also found pictures of Casey and Amelia from Some Kind of Wonderful as well. With everything going on in my life and with me trying to finish A Fairy Tale, the one-shot featured this couple has been put on hold for the time being put I promise that I will write it when I have spare time.

Hey Kate,

I don't have a myspace, sorry. I just don't know how to do things like that. Guess what Kate I have more songs for you and I will list it but it reminds me of all of your characters at one point or another in your stories. Check these songs out and I hope it gives you some sort of inspiration to write. If I happen to find more songs I'll be sure to share it with you.

1. Billy Talent "Surrender" ( I love this song because the lyrics are actually meaningful, haha. Definitely a Ben/Olivia song)
2. Waking Ashland "Rumors"
3. The Used "I Caught Fire”"
4. Boys Like Girls "Hero/Heroine"
5. New Found Glory "I Don't Wanna Know"

I love your black background for your blog and the colors are awesome. I'm back doing clinicals and I've been sick for two days. I think I have a virus because I've been either throwing up or having diarrhea. Anything I eat is coming out! Not that you want to know that, haha. I'm gross aren't I, haha.

I'm so glad you like the song by Acceptance. The band broke up though. Sad but true. I like the title for your next story and I like that it will mainly be focus on the two main characters. I'm going to go read "A Fairy Tale" now. Thank you.

The New Baby

It's such a beautiful day today - a perfect Spring day with a soft breeze blowing and the temperature just perfect to be wearing a sweatshirt. Bill was cleaning the gutters out for me and I was in the house, desperately trying to air it out after everything being cooped up for months. The house, in and out, needed a good cleaning. While I was in the basement, across-the-street neighbor, Jen, surprised me by coming over with her new baby girl. I hadn't seen her in a few weeks but I knew that the baby had arrived so I didn't want to go over and bother her.

The baby is five weeks old, six weeks this coming Wednesday, and she's adorable. Jen let me hold her and let's just say my experience with new-born babies is close to none so I was a little nervous at first but I must have done well enough since the baby's neck didn't break and I was supporting her head. The baby was due February 14th but she came at the end of January instead and wound up spending a week in ICU before she came home during the February blizzard. Jen and I were outside talking for maybe ten minutes before the baby wanted to go eat but Jen told me that I wouldn't be bothering her and that I can come over whenever I want. Jen is one of the nicest neighbors in the world.

wouldnt u have experience with new born babies if u already had 3?

Hi Kate:
What in the world is this person talking about? You are a writer of fiction stories. Yes, you know about babies, but you can write that you do not know about them. I don't appreciate catty, hurtful people doing this to you. Please disregard it.
Thanks for writing
Judy
